Joanna Paul, Certified Coach

I believe that everyone holds the keys to their own success and happiness. I have benefitted hugely from coaching and am committed to offering a safe, empowering coaching space to anyone, not just those who know what coaching is!

My professional background is working in Higher Education, and I’ve spent the best part of 10 years guiding and supporting teenagers and university students in finding out more about what they want from their future and what the right path is for them. I have loved nurturing and empowering these young people to step into their potential, grow in confidence and discover new strengths. Finding a unique definition of success for every individual is core to who I am.

I have suffered with poor maternal mental health and have worked hard to heal and move forward and now help others to do the same, regardless of where they are coming from. After training as a coach I found myself wanting to support others who, like me, were finding their journey into motherhood trickier than they expected, people who were feeling beaten about by the the chaos of parenting and were left feeling less than good enough. Those who are pouring their all into everything and everyone, and finding there is less and less left for themselves, who feel constantly exhausted, frustrated and lost. Essentially, people who could do with having someone in their corner, believing in them and offering a hand to hold as they navigate their way through the fog.

With two young children myself, the juggle is constant and I strive everyday to be a better mum, friend, colleague and coach. Start your journey with me and let’s find your next right step together.

Outside of work, I play netball, get to the gym when I can, and love nothing more than spending quality time with my little tribe. I love to get outside, especially if it involves being near a river or up a hill!

I would love to support you, get in touch and we can have a chat.
