Your journey is personal. Here are some ways we can explore it together.
1:1 Coaching
Have the confidence to embrace who you are and know who you want to become, as a parent and as a person.
Imagine having a supportive partner in your corner, someone who truly understands the unique challenges and emotions that come with motherhood. Through 1:1 coaching you will experience dedicated time and space to reconnect with yourself and understand what matters to you now that everything has shifted.
Gently piece your sense of self back together, understand the core elements of what makes you ‘you’ and how motherhood fits into that picture.
Discover what truly resonates with your definition of success and fulfilment where it counts.
Develop real, tangible tools to manage your time and energy so you can be more present with your children and more energised at work, without feeling like you're constantly sacrificing one for the other.
Build healthy boundaries so you can carve out dedicated time for yourself, for your family, and for your work, without feeling constantly depleted.
Grow in confidence and understanding in yourself, your desires and create a path forward that feels right for you.

“Since having Jo as a coach, I have so much more clarity and confidence in my decision-making. I’ve also gained a deeper understanding of myself, my values, what drives me, and what truly matters to me. After six sessions, it’s one of the greatest takeaways. I still find myself bringing up my values in conversations, which shows how much they’ve become a guiding force for me.”

“Jo has an amazing capacity to draw out your thoughts and gives you space to think more deeply and clearly. I feel like I can organise my thoughts better now - and, in essence, know myself better. Jo is a very warm, supportive and non-judgmental coach who creates space for you to spend time working through what you need - but also knows when to challenge you to dig a little deeper.”

All my 1:1 work can be done remotely. However, I also offer in person sessions in Bishop’s Stortford. I love to walk and so even hold some of my sessions outside sometimes!

Bring your baby along! I can come to you in your home if that suits or we can go for a walk with the buggy. Alternatively, we can have our sessions online and we’ll adapt to you and your child’s needs as we go.

Transformation is not something that happens overnight. True shifts in mindset and behaviour take time, work, and energy. I usually work with people for at least six sessions, spread across three months. This has proven the most effective way to embed the changes and transformation clients are looking for.

Coaching is a conversation that is future focussed. The client brings all the content, the ‘stuff’, and the coach uses questions and observations to help the client move forward in one area of life or many.
Coaching is not therapy. The main distinction is that coaching is a process focussed on your present and future, the aim is to allow a client to move forward by taking positive action. While many coaches are sensitive to and trained in Mental Health First Aid, a coach is not a specialist in treating mental illness.
