The Compass is a special support group that guides women from feeling lost and fragmented after motherhood back to a cohesive sense of self. By providing a supportive community and a structured framework for reflection.
In just four weeks, you'll begin to reconnect with your whole self, developing a clear and confident understanding of how being a mum fits into the woman you are. You'll be fully supported in starting to shape your personal and professional path beyond early motherhood. Forge meaningful connections, feel heard and gain clarity to build a life that aligns with who you are and who you want to be.
